Nurse Blanche on the 4th floor was my only bright moment while staying from 10-09-2017 thru 10-17-2017 in room 403. The absolute worst excuse of a hospital I've ever experienced. Terrible patient service. Nurses Allison and Daniela were totally inept and reckless. This hospital should be investigated. I was left unattended and I was lied to about when meds were administered. I was afraid and no confident in the care that I was offered
