Student aid is absolutely impossible to get ahold of. Many emails & phone calls & too much time wasted on hold just to be told after HOURS "I'm sorry, we can not take your call." only to get hung up on. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. They give no point of contact. They need a better leader, better management, & obviously a much larger staff since they have a massive shortage of representatives available to answer the phone.
