I bought a used 2012 BMW X1 from Mas Kangavari in September, 2016. He was professional, pleasant and courteous throughout the transaction. I noticed a slight crack in the taillight after picking up the car and brought it to Mr. Kangavari's attention. He facilitated a service appointment, arranged for a no charge loaner car and BMW covered the cost of replacing the taillight. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Kangavari and BMW Toronto for anyone looking for a gently used and high quality car. The service people in the dealership were similarly professional and courteous at every stage of my dealings with them.
