We bought a 2016 Lexus ES 350. This has been the 2nd vehicle we purchased from this dealership. Our first experience, with our salesman Jim Gillentine was great. So, without hesitation we called him up for our second purchase. Jim took his time and showed us every car we wanted to look at and answered every question. He has been there for us even after the purchase. If I have a question about a feature, he will respond with an answer or suggestion. I love my Lexus and I love the service we get at Bell Lexus. I would definitely go back for another purchase, and will without a doubt seek Jim Gillentine's assistance again.
