I must RAVE about Simone & Son!
We first purchased our gorgous diamond engagement ring in 2013, and then went back to create a custom, unique, one of a kind, spectacular diamond wedding band together that would truly compliment my engagement ring. I worked with Shant via CAD design remotely from across the country, me in North Carolina, him in CA!... The process was so amazing and I LOVE bragging that I designed my band when I'm complimented on it! Shant and Sara have been amazing to deal with.
I'm leaving this review after having my rings services as I just recently noticed one of my tiny diamonds in one of the Halo's had a chip in it. And really after 6 years, I also felt it was time to re rhodium dip the rings. Shant and Sara made it so easy and fast to have them Fed Ex'd to them and back, and they turned them around so incredibly fast! I sent off on Monday, and back by Friday!! We also decided to have them soldered together as there had been some wear on them. This will secure them giving me many more years to enjoy! Truly cannot recommend Simon & Son more! No matter where you are in the country, they'll take excellent care of you!
Thank you again Shant and Sara! I am THRILLED with how Gorgeous my rings look again! Can't stop staring at them as they sparkle so magically!
