I wasn't particularly impressed with the service I received from them (for the brief period of time we were in contact). I requested information online with regards to trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one. I was contacted by a sales associate, who repeatedly called me when he knew I wasn't available. This - although frustrating - is understandable because he wanted to help. I was then scheduled for an appointment which I DID NOT ASK FOR. Even stranger, I was scheduled at a time which they knew I was not available at. Again, frustrating but fine. At this point, I was forced to leave my meeting at work to go sort this out. I was getting emails reminding to attend an appointment I didn't request. So I call and am put through to a manager named Troy. He is the real reason for this review. After explaining my frustration, he felt the need to ask "So whats the problem here? You're upset we got the appointment time wrong." No, I'm upset with the poor communication and incessant phone calls at inappropriate times. But honestly, I'm most upset with the way Troy spoke to me. It was condescending and inconsiderate. Poor conflict management at best, bad service at worst. 2 stars for the sales associate that tried to help. And maybe this review can open up a door for somebody to do some follow up training with Troy.
