If you have a problem and they over charge you, give up. I have contacted 6 managers, corporate, and numerous staff members and NO ONE will call me back. I've left a review, then I get a response, they contact me, then they NEVER RESPOND BACK! They owe me $300+ and they don't care.

1. We didn't get the room we asked for and confirmed 3x
2. The fridge we rented had mold and food COVERED, not even looked at.
3. They offered us a free meal then charged us $300 for it!!!
4. I am a member and Ive NEVER been treated so poorly.
5. They are told to ignore calls, I heard a manager say "Oh her again?, just hang up".... then click! IM LIVID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
