The hotel itself is not that bad. A few problems with leaky plumbing waking us up in the middle of the night. A great neighbourhood to be in.

My grievance is with the booking/billing software and the smug staff that use it. Due to either an error in the billing software or human error, I was demanded to pay an additional night upon checkout. We stayed 2 nights but were charged for 3. Despite my best efforts to convince the staff that I had already paid for 2 nights, they stood by what their software was telling them. I even brought up my visa account on my tablet and showed them the full payments made, but they would not pay any heed and demanded the additional night. So Best Western takes $300+ (Canadian) from me without earning it. Due to this horrible experience not only will I never return to this hotel, I ll never cross the threshold of another Best Western hotel as long as I live.

Again, lovely neighbourhood to base yourself for a London trip. There are many other hotels in the area, I d recommend you check them out.
