Believe this is my 4th Lexus RX350 lease! I actually considered switching to Audi or Mercedes because of friends' recommendations...after some thought, I decided NO. Why? Because since 2009, Lexus has taken care of me very well. This latest experience with Ryan Tierney was excellent. He's knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. As a bonus, Ryan has a terrific sense of humor thus I totally enjoyed trading in my 2015 and driving off in my 2019 Caviar 350RX with very little effort. Kudos to Lexus Hingham for their lovely facility and a team of friendly people such as Ryan and Vitor Duarte, their Finance Director who also made this experience a 10. Highly recommend Ryan and Vitor.
