Worst pubic "Service" in the world. This is the most unprofessional and pathetic organization I have ever done business with. The previous poster was right. Their payment system SUCKS. I've been trying to pay my bill for 2 weeks and their online systems just says "try back later"

So 4-5 days before disconnect I start calling/emailing the service and they can't seem to figure it out. So I call these people and they say they have no idea and I can pay an extra $15 to pay it over the phone or drop it off in their night payment box. So I make out my check drive down to the office and put the payment inside the box. The next morning I go to work, only to have my family call me and tell me they shut off our water 4 days BEFORE F'ING CHRISTMAS. Unbelievable...... I have several witnesses who SAW me fill out the check. Who heard me talking with them on the phone and I even have a witness who went with me to drop off the damn payment.... DO THEY CARE .....????? Hell no...... when I call them they say..... too bad and if you try to remove the lock we'll charge you $$250

This is the WOODINVILLE WATER DISTRICT. I have already contacted a lawyer and he is drawing up a lawsuit and subpoena for the video of their night drop box which will ALSO CONFIRM THAT I MADE THE PAYMENT. Once we are finished with the law suit I will update this posting with the results and if anyone is interested I am happy to share all documents, video and photos as well as the eyewitness testimony of the person who witnessed the payment. In short if you have ANY OTHER OPTION than to use these criminals DO IT... We are seriously looking into getting our own cistern... it would be easier than dealing with this "utility"
