We stayed here for 2 nights on arrival from London...

We stayed here for 2 nights on arrival from London. We had one double and one triple and the rooms were very nice. Delhi is such a big city it s hard to find something in the centre but this worked quite well, if we wanted shops and restaurants were in walking distance (15 minutes). As it was we used the metro in the evening, which was very cheap and efficient. I am of Indian decent and my wife is English, she felt she got a few stares but was fine after the first day. We went up to Conought Place, which has loads of shops and restaurants and was around 4 or 5 stops.

We had breakfast which was very nice and ate in the dhaba restaurant one night, which was great. Excellent food especially the breads and the chef even came out to see if we liked the food. This was a great start to our tour.

The all the staff we encountered could not do enough and helped us have a great stay. And the WiFi kept the kids happy.
