I deliver pizza, and my customers were actually at Aloft (or whatever it's called) next door. Valet was super friendly/ helpful, and although a little busy (with no vacancy), the front desk lady was as helpful as the valet. Lobby was very nice, but I did not actually stay there, so this is as far as this review goes.
