I recommend dinner reservations which seem to book out pretty early and I see why. You really taste the quality, freshness and tastiness. We had the burrata with pesto and the blood orange salad with beets for appetizers. The beets were orange and the oranges were red as beets! We also tried one pinseria which is enough for two. The cheese in each dish was so delicious I'd come back to try an actual cheese plate. Service was also very attentive. The only drawback is this would be a bit of a splurge due to portion and pricing. But you are basically getting what you pay for.
