Totally UNPROFESSIONAL! I DON T RECOMMEND this agency to anyone! I m very UNSATISFIED AND UNHAPPY with this place! Don t even waste your time and money on them! I m sure you can find way better place to go! I m not really willing to write this review now BUT I waited more than a month to do it just not to be emotional and be objective, may be it can be helpful for someone. They don t take care of anything, Irresponsible and treat you like a offender . They accuse you when you just want to get your money back for cancelled policy but they keep charging you, they accuse you and get so unhappy and mean when you just want to figure out what to do when your vehicle got flooded and you need their help, just because you have so many questions and have no idea what to do and come to them. They will treat you like soccer ball from agent to insurer, and insurer to agent. Just fun for them but no results until you keep calling, emailing and at the end show up at their office. When people seek agents they hope that they will get help to understand their policies and hope that agent will help to deal with the insurance company because they know more details and handle it better than customer. I had full coverage policy for my car and was paying for it monthly around $250. A month ago due to the rain storms my car got flooded when it was parked on the street. I found my car flooding in 18-20 inches of paddle. So insurance company estimated total lost for my car. It took them more than a month to write me a check and all this time I rented a car, now they saying that car rental is not covered by policy How come it s not covered if I had full coverage ??? And also I had to do everything myself like taking care of my car, dealing with the insurance company, and everytime I call Michals they would say yeah we will take care of don t worry and I wait for weeks hoping they are working on my case and When I call them back to ask what s happening cause I didn t hear from them in a while they would say oh I m gonna call insurance company now Can you send me your paperworks" like WHAT it s been a MONTH now! What the heck you were doing all this time even I had to find out by myself who is working on my case at the insurance company when they would transfer me from one to another operator for half hour just to find the person who is in charge for my claim. RIDICULOUS! I hoped to get proper help from Michals and staying with them in the feature because I live nearby. But I figured I would rather STAY AWAY from them. Because I feel like they don t care at all about you and just forget about your case which is not completed yet. Also charged me for already cancelled policy and I sent them email showing plates cancellation two weeks ago and stopped by today to see what s going on. And of course he called insurer just in front of me What can I say.... just be more interested in your customers and their needs if you want to keep your customers LOL. By the way the insurer was Arbella.
