A week ago I visited this facility with a friend who was having surgery. The check in process went very smoothly and very efficient. The OR team was great and kept me very well informed. The reason for the low rating is while waiting for the surgery in the main lobby, I was embarrassed for the hospital for the lack of professionalism on behalf of the lady at the front door taking temperatures, a security guard, and a lady that kept coming out of an office by the front door. I would have thought I was in a high school hallway by their behavior.
