Three stars for the great staff and the perfect location.
However it is far from being a five stars resorts, specifically when it comes to facilities in comparison to room prices.

Note to managment:
Your efforts in training your staff is remarkable, an outstanding service as always in all Anantara s that I ve been to yet the hotel itself and the facilities requires restoration.
This is not what we expect from a flagship brand like Anantara.
