How good my visits are depend on the doctor i'm seeing and more than half of the time i get a doctor who doesn't really seem like they care. The last three times i went to rose medical they didn't send me any bills in the mail, but sent my bills to collections after 20days. I had to call each time to get them to take my bills out of collections and correct my address. I started spelling it out for the front desk associates so they wouldn't enter it in wrong and some how it still got entered in incorrectly. I had a surgery in December with Dr. Scott Golembeski and he was the most cocky and arrogant doctor I've received this far. Every question i had concerning my surgery, he answered with a smug "i know everything" answer and it didnt make me feel more secure or comfortable about the surgery. The hospital is also one of the most expensive hospitals for Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance holders. My experiences have always been uncomfortable or just really bad and i will not be returning to this hospital. People want to go to a place where they get treated good and this place doesn't do a very good job. My sister gave birth at this hospital three years ago and her experience was also very uncomfortable. One of there nurses pushed my sisters legs to far towards her head make her more in pain and uncomfortable while trying to push(shes not very flexible). she had a fourth degree vaginal tear. The nurses drugged her up so she wouldn't feel any pain and about two hours after she gave birth, two nurses grabbed her arms on both sides and told her she needed to use the bathroom. I watched as tell tugged at my sister to stand up and then fall to the floor. Three stars for the staff who actually acknowledge me as a grown human being, the cleanliness of the hospital, and cafeteria. If it we-rent for that, i would have given no stars, but what can i really expect from a money hungry hospital?
