I don't live nearby, but I stopped here to submit a passport application. Such friendly staff - the complete opposite of what you get at the post office! Wendy and her crew were so helpful. When they thought there might be a problem with the photo I brought, they retook my picture without charge. Then I checked out some "blind date books" - wrapped surprise books - and the clerk gave me 3 pieces of chocolate after I happened to mention my 3 kids. This is a friendly library!
