Not only will I not be returning to this dealershi...

Not only will I not be returning to this dealership, I will tell anyone who will listen about my awful experience. I had my car towed from Crown Honda to another dealership on the other side of the state, at my expense, because they were so incompetent. The staff was careless, disinterested, accusatory and rude. I felt that because the car was not purchased from them, they didn't care, This type of attitude towards other dealer's customers is unacceptable, uncalled for, and unwarranted. This dealership is single-handily tarnishing the HONDA name and brand. Someone from American Honda should strongly consider investigating this franchise because their methods are unethical and discriminating.
