This company acts with poor business ethics and unprofessional conduct. They approved a return of a product so that I could order a larger and more expensive one. Once they received the product back that I paid over $800 for, they issued a refund of $1 saying it was used. I had the product for less than a week and called a spoke with a rep about the fact the product was opened only to realize it wasn't large enough. I immediately cancelled my order of the larger more expensive product. I had to go through amazon and file a claim through their refund guarantee program to get my money back. I am a high wrestling coach for a prominent and elite high school, I also coach for an elite club and coach our state national team. I will make sure anyone who listens from the wrestling community hears about my experience.
