GREAT AT SELLING CARS, BUT IT ENDS THERE.
While the sales people at this location are second to none at selling vehicles, once the vehicle is purchased a different picture emerges. I was sold a pre-owned vehicle that Hendrick DID NOT HAVE THE TITLE TO! This caused great complications and the employees were UNHELPFUL and RUDE in the resolution of this problem until a Manager was contacted. I was also sold a Hendrick's auto guard policy, the details of which NO SALESMAN understood, producing extreme complications when it was time to utilize the warranty. The staff were again rude and unhelpful (specifically Jason Carlson the service manager) when I sought help for the problem they created. Again, someone higher up in the organization had to resolve the issue. The picture is clear: great customer service UNTIL the purchase is made, after that let the drama begin.
