I have never worked with a staff service agency before, but having done so now, I can understand why many employers are resorting to them to find good hires. The staff at the Temp Connection are real and genuinely caring people. I now see that they help employers evaluate a job candidate, searching for qualities always appreciated, but not always apparent (at least immediately or during the initial interview). They seek, not only good workers, but also persons of good character and thus, I am glad to have had the opportunity to work for the Temp Connection, as that is the type of individual I strive to be. I hope my experience may in turn be used to attract potential customers and I would like to add that Elliana, Darline, and Jenn were particularly helpful in my journey as a temp-to-hire.
