We have had a great experience with our CAM, Lisa Siegler. Our community is new to property management and she was super helpful getting us educated and transitioning our association. She visited our community, met with all of us and got to know our situation. We joined at a time when we were taking on a big community wide repair project and she helped us get through that on top of all the normal things she helps associations with e.g. operations, collections, outreach, meetings, etc. Lisa is easy to work with, and its been really great for us.
