The service people are friendly but The service and the hidden costs are terrible ,, I brought my truck in for starter troubles but I was informed if they didn t find anything I would be charged shop rate plus the extra hidden charges .so I drove it out totally disgusted with smp service,,

That was one time .. the day before I booked my car in for service work for 8:00 am so I brought it in at 7:00 am .. I was informed the cost for diagnostics and inspection so before anything was started I was at 400.00 already . And I informed them I needed it back by 2:00 pm so at 1:00 I went there and still it wasn t even looked at and nobody called ,, so I took it out and disgusted again!!)
Such a terrible experience !!! Frustrated
