Rooms were nice. Look like they've been redone recently, though they were a bit tight/ small but that's expected at a value resort. Oddly, there was no clock in our room. Also no microwave but there was a mini fridge. Also had an iron and hair dryer.
While the room was tidy and had been dusted, we did find two cleaning issues during our 5- day stay. The floors were filthy-- just walking 1 min barefooted to get in the shower, your feet left dirt all over the bathtub. We found hair throughout the bathroom (tub, floor, and on bathroom counters) from the guests before us--- Yuck!
With that being said, the rest of the resort surprised us in a big way! The main area has an arcade, a food court that was super convenient with tons of choices (even tasty healthy ones). It tasted great and was very reasonably priced. There was also a very nice gift shop-- all these in 1 spot that was nice and wide open so people were crowded up on each other.
The pool looked nice and large from a distance but we didn't get to look at it up close or use it because it was too cold.
Overall, would definitely stay here again if looking for a good value.
