Terrible experience! Had a three night booking for a long needed break. Get to the resort which in this case should stand for last resort. Had to wait in line for 30 mins. to check in . Finally get checked in and the hallway to the room was like walking through the Carter on New Jack City. The smell was that of feet and mildew. Get to the room open the door "Hell no". Called the front desk and requested another room none are available. As forced to stay the night because we had to get up early in the morning for an appointment. The carpet is dirty , the linens are cheap at best, the smell is terrible I had to get my air fresher from the car to stay there. Checked out the next morning had to stay on the outskirts of town getaway ruined. Place needs a total make over and staffing.
