So, far...every review is spot on. I call customer service to find out when bill is due. I knew immediately that this guy would not be able to help. His English was incorrect, he didn't know how to do anything to help me, put me on hold...All I needed to know was how to retrieve my bill online. Too hard. That's what I guess I get when I can't really pay top dollar for another horrible insurance company. Either way, you're screwed.
