Nickel and dimers professionals. Watch out for 30+ page lease!!! written in a language that gives away all renter rights, and puts them in a position to charge you a fee for every little thing. They have fees (was $25 more by now for sure) for paying rent with cash, check or credit card, only way to 'pay' rent is to divulge your banking account number and give them authority to pull money from your account at their will, ie extortion. If they feel you have violated a term of lease, they will hastily pull money first, ask questions later. Be informed, don't let this unsavory business group let their tactics become the norm.
