The best experience I have ever had getting my computer fixed. They make it easy, pain-free, and they make sure to explain things in a way that you can understand - plus they are reasonably priced.
I am no tech person, but they make sure I know what is wrong with the computer and what they need to fix in a way that is on my level. They have explained over the phone how to fix things on my own as well. They are patient, friendly, and try hard to relate to you. I am a teacher and taking college classes, so I am constantly on my computer. They made sure I got it as fast as possible, saved my data, and made sure I wasn't frustrated. I highly recommend them!
