This joke of a company has no respect for other people's time. I wanted to view one of their units, so I made several calls, left my name and number with the secretary, and left a detailed message for Lorelei as directed. When I called for maybe the fifth time, I was told that they were having a showing the following day at 5:00 pm. I left work early and showed up around 4:50. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I called them to see if they were coming. After 4 or 5 calls, someone finally picked up and told me that the unit was no longer available. Incredible customer service.
