When we came into our room, it was hot, and the air conditioning didn't work, so they gave us a small fan. The next day, we were relocated to a room a floor above our original room, and we had to pack our things, but we also had food in the mini fridge in the original room. That was fine and all, but when we were relocated to a room with working air conditioning, the food WASN'T also relocated. They somehow misplaced it, but whatever. They gave us $40 giftcards for food, but still. That should literally never happen. Like, EVER.
