Hotel is quite dated....and room smelled a little ...

Hotel is quite dated....and room smelled a little mouldy. We were there during a heat wave and found the hotel and our room to be quite hot. Hotel stated that due to the age of the hotel, the a/c was unable to cool appropriately. Otherwise the location was great...close to the falls and Clifton Hill. Starbucks in the lobby! Outdoor pool was average size and well maintained.
