If I could give ZERO stars I would. Like other reviewers I too just received a collection notice from this company which I have never heard of and had to look to see if it was a scam. After reading other reviews I remembered that a doctor had given me an ankle brace back in SEPTEMBER. NEVER ONCE did I receive any sort of bill. This company needs to actually BILL THEIR CUSTOMERS BEFORE SENDING THEM TO COLLECTIONS. If I would have known about any sort of balance it would have been paid! The worst part is the balance was $21.61!
