Great place, excellent property but unfortunately ...

Great place, excellent property but unfortunately the service was a disappointment. We had to wait for 20 mins to be checked in. We had to carry our bags all the way to the room since the buggy was not available. No communication and set wrong expectations with the timing. Disappointed and would not recommend Leela to any family or friends! It's a shame since the service is very ordinary and poor for such a premium hotel.
