From the friendly rep on the phone, scheduling the appointment, to the timeliness of Dakota's arrival, this experience was great . Not only did he take care of the issue, he explained what he was doing and how it all was supposed to work correctly. Then he offered suggestions should we need further work done(and we hope we don't!!!) Great job.
