Please DO NOT book here during this time. This hotel is NOT worth the price with the Covid situation right now. We are Marriot members with a high status and we had 4 nights booked here.. when we asked for a healthcare discount because my family works in healthcare we were given attitude by MICHELLE in reception and told us then we should ve booked at another hotel that offers a healthcare discount then, very very rude. None of the restaurants are open. You only get ONE restaurant open for the price your paying and room service is limited. The animal wonders for the kids is CLOSED completely. There is no communication from the staff at all regarding this and the beach was in bad shape. I do NOT recommend d staying here for the amount of money your paying!!! Rooms are also super outdated. You are better off staying at the MARRIOTT MARCO ISLAND which is close by and offers much more dining options and a much reasonable price. Wish I would ve known how horrible the situation at this hotel was before paying $600 a night.
