I had the worst move in experience ever!! The apartment is nice and roomy but I wouldn t consider it luxury. The utility package is pricey and the cable does not offer many channels. The trash pick up is expensive especially if you don t use the service. Upon move in the apartment was not ready for move in. Instead of saying okay we forgot about the apartment they just allowed me to move in. I expressed how unsatisfied I was! I even reschedule my move in date (carpet was wet) and still nothing was accomplished. The carpet was wet and the spot painting was incomplete (blue tape everywhere). The kitchen has a huge sink in the floor! Maintenance and the maintenance supervisor said they would call the contractor. It s been months and NOTHING! After the carpet began to dry I called the office to inform them that it was still dirty. The carpet cleaning company was sent out again. The carpet cleaning employee informed me that the carpet was not going to be clean and they made a recommendation to the office to put in new carpet which they obviously declined to listen to the referral. The property manger took pictures of the carpet to send to corporate but once again NOTHING!! No response and it s been months! Also the apartment definitely has a roach infestation! Roaches are everywhere and very plentiful. Luxury apartment with roaches?! My biggest issue is I have not received any response to any of my concerns! No follow up!!
