Thank you for helping me with my ticket. Easy correspondence to start and didn't have to make a trip to meet in person. Everything was taken care of by John at the beginning. Only feedback I can give since it was my first ticket was with it that I wish there was a better explanation of the process during the day of the trial as I felt all out of sorts when I arrived at the court room and didn't know who and where I was meeting the paralegal. I will definitely use your services again if needed. Thank you.
