I have been waiting for Pacific Bookstore's order ...

I have been waiting for Pacific Bookstore's order delivery for a long time. But the textbooks were still not delivered in Jan 2021 when school started.

2 emails to them went unanswered. At least 3 inquiries through your company's website went unanswered too. Finally in early Jan 2021 there was an answer, telling me that order "pending means payment is pending thus order unsuccessful". How will any customer know this?
I have already checked my online account with Pacific Bookstore and it said my 2 orders have been delivered on 16 Dec 2020 and payment is Visa/Mastercard. Now they tell me my payment is pending only after my numerous queries although there is no payment failure notification given to me at the time of order. My payment details are correct as my first order out of 2 orders done on the same day is delivered but not the second one.

Your company has inconvenienced us for a long time without apology. Does it take so much effort to apologise and explain what the problem is?
