Horrible customer service. Typos on a contract that you have already signed, really? Several health hazards; exposed wires, holes in the ground, old keys. They are just trying to make money and if you have a problem they will tell you that you can live somewhere else. Great management skills! I don't expect a new house but if I am paying $1600/month it should look like something that you wouldn't be embarrassed to have friends over. I have rented and owned houses before and this is not how you keep clients happy.
