The only 5 star review is by the superintendent and he doesn't even have to deal with the poor service because he lives in New Albany which is a different district. I've always been a kind respectful person when i talk to the elderly receptionist in person but the minute anything goes wrong and i start asking questions she gets an attitude like she doesn't know who i am.
Utility is WAY behind the times.
