Nearby Bintulu Commerce Square, ParkCity. can order dine in from room. spacious space and clean. Attractive rate, below RM70 for a family room.

Very convinient as it is next to Petronas station and a Chinese coffee shop. Own halal western food restaurant seems inexpensive but did not try.

Friendly hospitality, clean and comfortable rooms with peaceful environment for fairly low price. There is a small restaurant below serving Western food, which actually taste not bad at all. Just need to be prepared for frequent low water pressure in showers and few more bottled drinks as they do not provide water dispenser. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay.

Old inn. Dark lobby. Staff very laid back. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Air con dripping all night. Sink dripping. Bed quite comfortable. Air con cold enough. Seriously need renovation!

I was a returning customer. Inn was fully booked, staff were not very cheerful in their greetings. Room was still clean but even after we complained they still left the dirty laundry basket in front of our door. Great perks were the room service menu. Taste great and very convenient.

Good budget hotel really worth the money I spent. Rooms well maintained, not SMELLY (which i am very particular with). Counter staffs are very polite and friendly

The room is big and that's the only thing I'm happy with. Other than that,
- the shower head is rusty
- hair dryer not functioning
- torn and stained bed sheet
- mouldy wall
