Service Center gets flat out 0 stars!
(unfortunately I was not able to select no star to write a review)

I have taken my E350 vans to Ford Service Centers across the country and have never had the experience that I did dealing with this place! They seriously need to either higher more mechanics or quit answering the phone.
First they expect that everyone that wants their auto worked on has other means of transportation and therefor can leave their vehicle for undetermined amounts of time while they have it in queue - to possibly get looked at.
Now to the point. I have had my e350 in to this 'service center' on two different occasions for independent requests. The net result was that my auto never saw a mechanic / technician. I will just leave it at that...
