Environment and decoration of 5 stars, but village hostel air conditioning. We spent cold in all hotel rooms, and especially in our room. They just corrected it with a portable stove and without any compensation or discount in the price for the inconvenience. I guess they live on the fame of the hotel and do not need to meet new customers.
To make matters worse, the room they gave us, for almost 250 a night, had the views that you can see in the photos. Unacceptable that a 5 star hotel offers these views.
