We have been renting for over 7 years with Lydia Treloar as our property manager, and I don't have a bad thing to say. She has treated us fairly and made us feel valuable as tenants (a rare thing when renting), she has always dealt with all maintenance and any queries promptly. Lydia has always respected that although we don't own the property it is our home. If we are able to purchase a rental property ourselves in the future, I know who we will be wanting to manage it for us. If only all property managers were like Lydia!
