I have ordered my iiNet 5 weeks ago
They got the address wrong
Haven't received my iiNet box
I have already paid in full 4 weeks ago
and now I got an email that my account is activated and going to get charged from 20 March
I got no service no iiNet box
I tried to call several times they automated voice announced we are too busy call back later.
I have 6 emails and no reply
Have raised my incorrect address issue 2 weeks ago and no email to say they have my correct address
Worst service I wish I could give them 0 star
