Three years ago my husband purchased a mailbox and post for my Christmas present. At least once a week he will say "Isn't that the best looking mailbox in town!" We had some vandalism and the screws and caps were missing. The company promptly sent us the missing screws and some extra free of charge. And yes, it is the best looking mailbox in town.
