This seems to be the only
BMW/Mini dealer in San Antonio, TX; and they act like it.
My Son bought his Mini here, and uses their Service Centre on a regular basis.
They claim to have a courtesy shuttle but he has never found it convenient to utilize it. They consistently refuse to consider his needs, deciding that they MIGHT be able to come pick him up after his automobile is done getting serviced. This last episode was MY last straw; They said they wouldn't be able to get to him until three hours after their Customer Service center closed. Why? Who knows. They gave no explanation.

I had been considering getting one of their larger BMW sedans for my own driving, but if this is how they treat their Customers needing regular maintenance and preventive maintenance... I might have to consider elsewhere.
