You can not be reached via the hotline, the call will end after about 9 minutes.
On emails to info @ and support @ you do not answer.
On Facebook you do not write back.
On Instagram you do not write back.
You also do not react to my written notice.

They are actually one of the worst service providers out there. Hats off!

I would like to cancel my mobile insurance.
Give me a hint how to do that.
