We went to the store and we told them that we were looking to buy a MacBook Pro for my daughter. In the front of the store we were told to wait 5-10 minutes by a nasty employee. By nasty I mean no smile no enthusiasm he did not greet us or show any interest at all. So that was that. Then we waited 20 minutes. After waiting that long nobody came to us we had to ask to be helped to who I think was the manager. When we asked they quickly got us the computer and gave us a different employee to do the sign in on the computer. Now this was a special buy for my daughter it is her 13th birthday. Not to mention we've always bought from that store( 3 MacBook pros, 3 apple watches and 1 iPad Pro and we all have iPhones) we have never complained or been angry. After we finished setting up the computer which by the way the employee did not treat as if this was important. He told us laughing in a sarcastic way that they did not have any bags left. This may not seem like a big deal but this is her first computer also it's raining outside like crazy and it's just a special day overall. She wanted the bag to remember her first MacBook. I do not have the names of the employees but if you really need their names I could go back to the store and ask for their information. Thank you so much for your interest.
